Victoria Ramani, a bilingual professional with several years of experience in the tourism industry, has been named the Director of Tourism for Sawgrass Mills, the largest outlet, value retail and entertainment destination in the United States with more than 350 stores. The announcement was made by Kelly Mikesell, Vice President of Marketing for The Mills.

As Director of Tourism for Sawgrass Mills, Ramani will focus on strategic development of tourism programs. This will include working directly with the package travel industry, negotiating alliances with hotels, airlines, rental car companies, cruise lines, motor coach operators and other national tourism entities. She will also represent Sawgrass Mills at major industry tradeshows and conventions around the world.
Ramani comes to Sawgrass Mills from Kreando Imagen, a Latin American travel, tourism and event planning consulting firm which, as co-owner, she helped to create from the ground up. In addition, Ramani furthered her tourism experience working for Hilton, Hyatt and Starwood Hotels, and serving as the West Coast Regional Sales Manager for Avianca Airlines, one of the leading airlines for South America.
Ramani is a graduate of Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California, where she studied Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing and received a certification in Human Resources Management. She also completed the Hotel Management program from Hilton University, where she developed her tourism and hospitality education. Her past professional experience has allowed her to work directly with prestigious corporations such as Oakley, Microsoft, FedEx and Panasonic.
